Dear friends of Kevin Degen,

It is with great sadness that we are sending this note to you. Kevin unexpectedly passed away yesterday evening.  This is such a tremendous loss to so many people who loved and cared for Kevin.

Kevin has two brothers and two sisters, all but one live out of town.  With his siblings coming in, it  may take a day or two but we will update you with the arrangement plans as we receive them.

We had just spoken with Kevin recently and he was still talking about his great experience on WAM. You’ve all touched Kevin and been inspired by him; those wonderful memories of his big smile, enduring spirit and his years on WAM will always be with us. Kevin is and will always be a very special part of our Make-A-Wish family. On behalf of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, we thank Kevin for making WAM so special for all of us.
